The firm was founded in 2007 as a side venture by Edward Sundquist, a Notary Public in the State of New York. Originally hailing as strictly a mobile notary service serving the Chautauqua County region in New York, it has since grown to be a full service attorney and legal support firm.
In 2008, the firm changed its name to Sundquist Notary & Legal Services, and with that, it’s direction. It focused more on providing support to the Western New York legal community, expanding operations into Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie and Monroe counties of New York.

About Our Owner
Edward Sundquist is a duly licensed Notary Public for the State of New York, receiving his license in March of 2007. Since that time, he has specialized in real estate transactions / loan closings, serving as a signing agent for many of the major loan and signing companies. When the business expanded, Edward became an authorized process server in New York, serving summons and papers across Western New York. As a natural part of the job, he started the courier service and court filing arm of the business as well. Currently, Edward is a Law Clerk for the firm of Lewis & Lewis, P.C. and resides in Jamestown, NY.
